Shipping Policy:

We aim to deliver all orders within 1 to 3 business days. The stock levels shown are direct data feeds from various wholesalers whose information may not be accurate. We cannot be held responsible for the information provided to us by a third party. We will do our best to fulfill all orders but in exceptional cases, such as where supplies are unobtainable or temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to suggest an alternative item or let you know the time scale for delivery. If you wish to cancel the order under these circumstances, we will completely refund you.

Returns Policy:

Claims will not be accepted for damages or shortages unless they are reported to MSIT Group Ltd within 2 days of receipt. We request that that all customers open packages and check the contents as soon as possible after receipt. In addition, goods will only be replaced if they are found to be broken in transit or if a problem has occurred during production.

Goods ordered in error will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Return delivery is at the customers expense. Any delivery charges are not refundable. Please ensure you choose the correct item before ordering.

Products purchased from MSIT Group Ltd are covered by a One Year guarantee (either with ourselves or directly with the manufacturer). Some products have an extended guarantee direct with the product manufacturer. If you have purchased a product which has gone faulty within a year of the purchase and the product is under the guarantee with MSIT Group Ltd, you will need to download and complete our RMA form before we will exchange the product. If the product is guaranteed directly with the manufacturer, you will need to deal directly with the manufacturer yourself. If you return your product to MSIT Group Ltd without completing an RMA form, your product may not be returned to you unless you contact us to arrange shipment back to yourself at your expense.

You statutory rights are not affected in any way.
